2019 TRAINING with Facilitator Training with Amanda Gifford
Amanda Gifford is a HPCSA registered Drama Therapist with an MA Counselling Psychology majoring in Drama Therapy from the California Instutute of Integral Studies in California USA in 2004. Amanda returned to South Africa in 2004 and completed 4 years of Family Constellations training with Family Constellations Africa. Some of her teachers were Dr Ursula Franke; Dr Frank Gallenmüller; Dr Guni Baxa; Stephan Hausner and Johannes Schimdt.
The training follows the criteria from Family Constellations Africa 18 days of training over 2 or 3 years..

There will be an online training module open to the public Introduction to Family Constellations available at R3900 early bird or else $300 or R4200.  You do not need to commit to the whole training. You can just do the intro for personal development. Dates will be made according to availability of clients and trainings will be live and then recorded and available offline. I can do 1 on 1 trainings for clients.

What will you get?

3 days of free flow information online live and some recorded videos from Amanda Gifford about Family Constellations. This will include Amanda’s influences, history and application of Family Constellations, basic introduction to Amandas formulas for working with clients. Taking the story, starting with the family tree, and how this all works within a Family Constellation. This module will be open to the public. You will get simple home exercises and techniques to try for yourself within your community and with yourself.

This will make up 3 days credit in the Foundational Training Module 1. Level 1.

Can be paid in instalments.

Intermediate Training Level MODULE 2: 12 days of training to be completed with International Trainers or Local –

  • PLUS
  • 25 hours peer group practice
  • Level two can be spaced up to 2 years.
  • Investment: R16 000 or $1200

Advanced Level Training MODULE 3: Level 3: Supervision 6 Hours at rate of FC Practitioner. 1 hour a month for 6 months.
Approx R1400/ hour for supervisor or $100

Open Training Module: Family Constellations Training Elective: (QUANTUM SYSTEMS) by Drama Therapist and Family Constellations facilitator Amanda Gifford –Exploring the importance of the science of navigating reality with quantum physics, the observer effect, non locality, entanglement, morphic fields, parallel worlds, time, river of consciousness, the brain, epigenetics and the biology of belief and how it is applied in Constellations.

The facilitator training offers:

  • An in-depth trans-generational family exploration into your own family tree, dynamics and solutions.
  • An embodied and experiential learning and self-growth opportunity.
  • The opportunity to learn from local and internationally recognized and published therapists and facilitators.
  • Extensive live case study and practical experience in working systemically with family entanglements.
  • A rich array of tools and techniques to support you in your practice.

To qualify as a Family Constellations Facilitator, you will be required to develop your own portfolio that includes:

Level One: FOUNDATION COURSE

  • Two three-day or equivalent foundation training modules with 3 short assignments
  • four days / eight half days attendance at  regular workshops with facilitators of your choice

Level Two: OPEN TRAINING MODULES

  • Either: 1) open training modules of two or  three days each with recognised local or international trainers to the total of 12 days.
  • 25 hours peer group practice
  • Level two can be spaced up to 2 years.

Level Three: SUPERVISED PRACTICE

  • 6 hours (six months, once per month) supervised practice
  • Investment: Paid directly to supervisor at their individual rate.

You need to be registered for, but do not need to complete the foundation training before you start open training modules and have them count towards the portfolio. At the end of the advanced training you will receive a certificate of course completion and can register with the local website as a family constellations facilitator, and be listed on the international association website (ISCA).

Some, but not all trainings are CPD accredited for Health Professionals.  As this is a post-graduate training and aimed at established healing professionals, you will require a counseling, coaching, medical, traditional healing or similar qualification in order to register for level two. A small number of people will also be accepted based on personal experience, intended field of specialisation in constellations, and an individual interview.  You are required to use your family constellations knowledge within an area of practice for which you are already qualified.

Training is divided into three stages:

1. 2019 Foundation Training – focus on fundamentals and self-experience and development 3 x 3 day trainings or the equivalent in hours to make up 9 days
2. 2019 Advanced Training – exposure to local & international facilitators (3 x 3 day trainings) and in learning track of choice & peer group practice
3. Supervised Practice
4. Peer Group Practice

Foundation Training (maximum 12 participants)

82 hours (18 days over two – three years) contact tuition & experiential learning

The structure of this foundational training will incorporate the basics of Family Constellations Training listed below largely guided by African Constellations training and trainings will be provided by a variety of trainers for electives and will be aligned to International Qualification standards and to Systems Constellations Association of South Africa.

The idea of Constellating the Future or Potential Futures, Creating the Future in the Field, Remembering the Future and the Science and ideas behind this will be explored as a large part of the training in some of the electives. This method will look at the science of Innovation, Time, Quantum Physics, Consciousness Models, the latest in Neuroscience, the Morphic Fields by Rupert Sheldrake and epigenetics by Bruce Lipton and much more….

Over the course of 3 modules with Amanda Gifford – over 2 years you will cover in no set order…

1. Basic introduction to Systems Theory, Image Theatre and the art of embodiment and externalizing the system, Psychodrama, Quantum Physics, Neuroscience and phenomenology, Non Violent Communication, EQ and SQ, Remote Viewing and The Souls Journey.
2. Contracts, Boundaries, Preparing the space, Safety, Group Rules and Follow-up
3. International history and background of Constellations and cross-disciplinary theoretical influences
4. Fundamentals of Constellations
• Orders of Love
• Intention Setting
• Belonging, Balance and Order
• Conscience
• Healing Sentences
• “The Knowing Field”

5. Ethical considerations and code of conduct
6. Resources: identifying and working with
7. The interview: questions, issue, outcome / miracle question
8. Genograms, relevant info, people and events to include – the idea of unfinished business
9. Working with representatives (including how to set up, the role of representative, coming out of role and aftercare).
10. The Bow – honouring and surrendering in a Constellation.
11. Different Approaches: Classical Constellations, Movements of the Soul & Movements of Spirit-mind
12. Assignments cover student’s own family research, construction of family genogram and research topic based on personal family entanglements.
13. Specific themes presented by student’s based on research topic (ie, adoption, addiction, illness)
14. Contra-indication for constellations

With the winds of adventure blowing against my back, I jumped down the rabbit hole and joined Amanda Gifford’s Family Systems Constellations this past weekend. Well, what can I say – a profound experience indeed. Imagine turning your hopes and fears into people and having intellectual conversations with them. It was kind of like that but so much more. Almost impossible to put the whole effect into words. At times I felt energy flowing freely through my body as I became part of the channeling process. It was a very powerful group. Thanks to all who shared and absorbed. Much gratitude to Amanda for holding such a safe space. Your facilitation was gentle and nurturing, yet very very strong. People walked in surrounded by darkness and left with light emanating from their beings.
