Bliss Dance is a phenomonal way to become new in the ever present now, swim like dolphins in the ecstatic higher frequencies of our core resonance of bliss, dissolving into the waves of sound, breath, presence, letting go of the past, find yourself in your body again joyfully, beginning to explore the playground of your own awakening or deepening.
It is a multidimensional platform with many uses. It is a space to bring your feelings, to explore your edges, your soft places, subtle energies, invisible orders of consciousness, to be together with others, find community, enjoy the affection of others, to renew your marriage, to be deeply held, and be cleaned out deep within to the healing frequencies of the music, the focused consciousness of the facilitator, the presence of group and the dance. Regenerate! Move into Oneness.
Its a sacred field with multidimensional spaces to be in deep play, learn about new forms of intimacy without sex, allow, explore and become. Since i started Bliss Dance with Willem Smuts (on Stephen Tredreas recommendation), i have become an instant fan. Its a powerful space.
A space to come together in a community space to Dance, Talk, make Bliss Art, Bliss Constellations & share some of our BlissDance experiences, surface the wisdom, share some sciences – new paradigms and even perhaps look at the unaddressed and integrated material and provide a space for that to be explored.
