My niche is working with adults who want to understand where they are in life and how to create change — to move from where they are to where they long to be. I see myself as a pathfinder, way-shower, alchemist, empath, and awakener, helping clients uncover unconscious patterns, explore their inner world, and step into their own creative power.
My approach blends science, consciousness studies, and creative therapeutic practices. I am passionate about exploring the mystery of the human experience — how we speak, the words we use, the belief systems we hold — and guiding clients to externalize old patterns, gain insight, and reinternalize new perspectives that open pathways for growth.
My training draws on a wide range of creative and embodied methods, including play therapy, drama therapy, process theatre, narrative therapy, parts therapy, and family constellations. Family constellations, in particular, weave together African traditional wisdom, existentialism, phenomenology, psychodrama, systemic therapy, and transpersonal methodologies — allowing me to support deep transformation on both personal and collective levels.
And beyond my sessions, you’ll often find me walking in the park with friends, shopping for cat food, talking about quantum physics and parallel lives, listening to near-death experience stories, looking up at the skies for UFOs, planning collaborations, or dreaming into new possibilities like Goddess Constellations.
At the heart of my work is a deep love for looking into people’s souls — helping them know themselves, find themselves, and step onto the path of what they truly want.
